Fuboticv is shutting down after more than $300 million in funding problems.
FubotsV, which offers a TV and internet streaming service, announced the news on Twitter on Tuesday.
FuzionV, a company based in Germany, has been in negotiations with FuboticsV to continue operating under its new name.
FubotovV had raised $1.3 billion in funding in September and plans to close the deal with FubsV.
The two companies are currently in talks to renew the financing.
FubsV has been selling a variety of streaming and video content, including premium shows and movies, as well as content from a range of streaming providers, including Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Hulu Plus, and other companies.
Fsubotv has more than 10 million subscribers, with over 1 million paying customers.
Fubsv said the deal had been finalized.
“This is not the end of the road for FubotoV,” FubosvV chief executive Christoph Kneis told reporters.
“We are working hard to get this agreement done.”
Fubotsv has been profitable for years and raised more than half of its funding through acquisitions.
However, the company’s stock price has lost over 25 percent of its value since its IPO in November.
The company said it would continue to operate in Germany.
